Saleh Malik — Lead Tutor
Saleh brings over 20 years of experience in education and digital learning. He spent six years as Digital Skills Trainer at London South Bank University, delivering training to thousands of students and staff across MS Office applications, data analysis, website design, and e-learning tools. His career spans higher education, further education, and corporate L&D, with recent roles including Learning Technologist at University College London, Learning Content Designer at Bupa, and Digital Learning Specialist at Historic England. He has also worked internationally as an Education Consultant in Abu Dhabi, supporting school improvement initiatives across multiple institutions.
Saleh holds a Master's degree in Education (Information Technology), is a qualified teacher, and is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London. His technical expertise includes Articulate 360, LMS administration, Adobe Suite, Vyond animation, and multilingual content development.
Saira Sarwar — Internal Quality Assurer and Assessor
Saira brings a distinctive combination of healthcare expertise and teaching experience to the team. She is a qualified Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist with a Master of Pharmacy (Honours) from the University of Bradford, a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from Cardiff University, and an Independent Prescribing Qualification from the University of Reading. She also holds a PGCE in Secondary Science from the UCL Institute of Education and is a practising GCSE Examiner.
With over 17 years of professional experience spanning NHS hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, and secondary science teaching, Saira understands both the demands of regulated professional practice and the needs of learners working towards qualifications. Her experience as an examiner ensures our assessment processes meet the rigorous standards expected of accredited programmes. Saira also brings practical digital skills to the team, with experience designing and delivering tailored curricula, managing online learning environments, and using digital tools to enhance teaching and student engagement.
