Is there any coding or programming involved?
None at all. This course focuses on learning design and content creation, not technical development. If you can use a computer and learn new software, you have everything you need.
Do I need any previous experience in L&D or training?
No. This programme is designed for people entering the field. If you have a degree that developed your thinking skills - Psychology, Business, Economics, Sociology, Humanities, or similar - you already have a strong foundation. We teach you the rest.
How is the course delivered?
Recordings are provided which you can complete at your own pace. To receive certification, complete and submit the assessment task.
Will I actually create things, or is it mostly reading and theory?
You'll create. The course consists of a hands-on project where you build e-learning content and training materials.
What kind of jobs can I apply for after this?
